How long has it been in your family and when did douchebag try to make claims on it? From the time my stupid ass ex-neighbor thought he owned the land even though he was merely renting out my grandfather's old house land disputes have always been a sore spot for me.

My cousin actually owns and keeps up the land. One day I notice a small sign near the edge of where the graves are that says "McFuckface-Nonentitled Cemetary!" It was always before known as the Nonentitled Cemetery. Then some member of the McFuckface family was on RootsWeb talking about who all in the Nonentitled family was buried in the McFuckface cemetery! RARR!

Just make sure none of their family's secretions are seeping off of their property. I recommend deep core soil sample tasting.
