In a attempt to not have a bunch of threads that get about 5 replies a piece, I am doing everyone a favor and making this a thread of many mini topics of the
wacky and zany antics going on in my life.

- I have purchased a new backpack which I believed at the time to be dark blue. I was informed this evening that it's purple. I am now stuck in a dilemma, do I use said backpack and risk being mistaken for a queer....or pony up the money for another one. I already took the tags off like an idiot and returning it is not a option. Purple is kind of a manly color though right? It's not like it's pink or anything...purple can work. I think
- I have been calling many bars to chase my dream of being a local friendly barkeep for the rest of my life. Thus far every single one has said they have no openings. If I managed to find one that did I would drop college immediately and begin living my dream. Have any of you ever bartended? Any advice? I heard bartending school is a complete waste of time and I should just try to find a job to learn the ropes...thus that's what i'm doing.
- My new love interest (who doesn't know she is a love interest yet...that's sure to go well) likes the politics. It confuses me. She's also a staunch conservative, which is awesome cause I am too. But she thinks that Barack guy isn't fit to run our country cause he is a "world" citizen not a American citizen. And that his family is from some crazy tribe in Africa and he may be Muslim and kill us all or some nonsense. I dunno, I didn't really pay attention. Is any possibly relationship with said girl doomed because of my disinterest in things that are important and my love of things that aren't. I'm yet to even mention reality tv to her, aside from Survivor which she thinks I love cause i'm the outdoorsy type....yea.
-My mom finally got the tattoo she has wanted for so long. She got it on the back of her neck, which I thought was insane at first. But I guess it's actually a decent place as her hair hides it most of the time. It's of a statue of a mother holding a child, and next to it she had my name and birthday put onto it. I'm sure a lot of you will find that creepy, but when I saw she went through with it I was really touched that anybody would care enough about me to have my name tattooed on them, be it my mother or not. It just shows what a awesome son I am. Don't ya wish your child was awesome like me???? Don't ya???
