He seemed to be talking more about the area they were in than anything else, given the context of his statement. I'll have to read more about the rest - it's hard to see what point the Fox News folks were trying to make exactly. Are they saying that there weren't any shots or the shots weren't close enough to be directed at him or what?

Tell me if you get the idea that the enemy forced down the helicopter or if it was due to weather. "If you want to know where Al Qaeda lives, you want to know where Bin Laden is, come back to Afghanistan with me," Biden bragged to the National Guard Association. "Come back to the area where my helicopter was forced down, with a three-star general and three senators at 10,500 feet in the middle of those mountains. I can tell you where they are." Here is Biden's 'shot at" story which later turned out to be Biden was near a place where shots were fired. "Let's start telling the truth," Biden said during a presidential primary debate sponsored by YouTube last year. "Number one, you take all the troops out - you better have helicopters ready to take those 3,000 civilians inside the Green Zone, where I have been seven times and shot at. You better make sure you have protection for them, or let them die." Much like his plagiarized speeches these are exaggerations and lies. The news media of course ignores this clown. This guy is way too dangerous to be considered anywhere near the Presidency.
