Two Words: Nate and Jennifer soul and essence inside Mai and Oliver I was laughing off my seat because of that. Their bickering at the Pit Stop, even after first place, was the funniest thing ever. I was like, wow... Flo/Zach flashback or more of Nate/Jenn cause Zach was calm and Nate was not and Oliver was not Zach. Other than that (missing half the episode), the episode was adequate to say the least. The Detour would have been better if it did not have the buggy driving. The pounding of the rice flour thingy, twas good but could have been a lot better. Also, glad to have gotten rid of at least one team this time around cause frankly, remember last season? She can't get off my tv quick enough. The Pinoy team was okay.. good racers. Henry/Bernie looks like they're gonna be frontrunners throughout the race. I was actually impressed by the Thai Beauty Queens. Ida and Tania did not disappoint. Loving all TheSimpleLife-esque stuff from them. William and Isaac better not start preaching on this show.. other than that, not quite as boring as I thought they would be. Sam & Vince were kinda disappointing. I was extremely happy AD and Fuzz are still on the show. LOL @ an OCD person having to deal with dirty buses. Niroo & Kapil did not impress me at all. And I'm glad the cousins are gone.

All the things in TARA3 premiere minus the gross eating challenge (I have an extreme fear of eating gross stuffs) = LOVE! I'm not overpimping but I really, really LOVE the first episode. Here's my overflowing love... 1. Ida & Tania - really, really funny! I love their antics and I'm glad they ranked quite high! 2. Mai & Oliver - Oh gosh! This team is comedy gold! From the uber dumb moment in the bus station to the bickering even after first place. 3. Geoff & Tisha - great racers! Finally! A Filipino team that I can root for! I love the way they paid back the help of Mai & Oliver. It was so random that's why I love it! 4. Natalie & Pailin - I'm also impressed with them. They didn't complain AT ALL! 5. William & Isaac - My Daichi & Sawaka overflowing love from last season transfered to them. 6. AD & Fuzzie - I was also really happy that they survived this leg. SEETHING HATRED! 7. Amit & Neena - I'm glad they're gone. I was really disappointed with them. 8. Niroo & Kapil - boring as hell. 9. Henry & Bernie - i still find them really OVERCONFIDENT! Complete hatred at Bernie's "I've never failed in my whole life"! I mean, come on! It was like Ms. Colombia's "I've never regretted anything in my life". 10. Vince & Sam - First of all, I'm glad that the corny team is not dominating and were last several times. And secondly, I was disappointed that they were not last at the pit stop! Argg! Really trying hard comedians! And, because of them, the other teams had to be hours behind the first three teams! i really hate them! Yes it was Paula. Actually I missed last night (was out partying) but caught bits of the replay this morning. The washing the bus is obviously taken from TAR9's Russian leg without the stupid Caltex plug. I think this show is being catered in deference to sponsorship than for the real fans hence the mactors. I can only hope things don't dissolve into Season 2 territory. Mai is an ungrateful bitch. Oliver pretty much carried her ass the entire leg and she blows up at him after coming in first? Well excuse me Miss Bitch, how about you see your way right out of this race. Shades of Flo with this one. AD and Fuzzie live to race another day! They seriously worried me when they switched detours like that. Thank god for Niroo and Kapil's and Neena and Amit's taxi drivers. I loved how these two plowed through that dune buggy task, and the scene with them talking about being dirty. LOOOOVE! Also, I found myself cackling at Ida and Tania's antics. They are a riot, and they seem like genuinely nice girls (albeit rich ones) having fun on a race around the world. The runny mascara (that was them right?) really did me in and brought me over to their side. Henry and Bernie have some top notch racing skills. Though their abrasive "always-on" personality could get tiring after awhile. Have no opinions on everyone else yet.

If you want good customer service, stat by being a good cusotmer. They were yelling at just about eveyone, and that standard Indian Whiny voice they use when trying to comvince someone to do what they want weras thin on people fast. I think your taxi driver reacts to how they are being treated, and as such if you are pushy and whiny and yelling, you won't get anywhere.

Am I the only one who really likes Henri/Bernie? There's something about how INTENSE they seem. Sure, "I have never failed ever" came off a little odd, but as whatever. Also, they are siblings. Usually siblings don't become those types of racers. I like the "we hope you're proud of us dad... or at least less ashamed."

Everyone seems to have a good sense of humor and all those tough tasks humbled most of them quickly. Best of all, there's no asshole camera whores like you-know-who-twats from last season. I wanted to hate Mai but that meltdown was on the entertaining side, so I'll even forgive her. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.

Neena was really pushy that I thought it was really hilarious, she was like "quick, fast, quick, fast, quick" - animated but entertaining but it can come off as irritating. The teams that I really adore now is Natalie and Paulin (the BQs) as well as A.D. and Fuzzie (loved their witty comments, let's hope that they stay in the race for a while more).

What I wonder though is whether the teams waiting for the 3rd bus to arrive at the statues could've just rounded up the rest of the clues so they could leave the moment the bus arrived by just giving them to the other teams. Still, it probably wasn't allowed because they'd have to be pretty stupid not to think of something like that. Anyway, not many of the teams stood out. A lot of the M/F teams give the same vibe, with the exception of Mai & Oliver. Loved the "I'm too rich for this" stuff from the Mactresses and Ida/Tania. As much as I wanted to root for A.D. & Fuzzie, they were just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boring, as were Vince & Sam. I'm glad Niroo & Kapil survived, though. I can see him going all crazy ass Indian in a few legs time. Didn't expect the elimination, but I didn't care much for the cousins anyway.

Their Perfection Complex seem to have gotten us on a wrong foot but they could very well be a Sandy and Francesca-esque team. I can see it going that way. But Bernie blowing a fuse next week is gonna be one of the things that would throw me off. I am still reserving my judgment cause I still cannot tell whether I will be rooting for them at all till the end of the line. AD and Fuzzie, OCD + Dirt = Hilariousness. Because I have seen sufferers of OCD breaking down completely if their entire white shirt becomes pink. It's funny and scary but they are the team I am definitely rooting for. Go Fuzz! Oliver and Mai established themselves early in the race as Nate from Nate/Jen of Season 12 and Flo of Flo/Zach of Season 3. Oliver is the competitive ass like Nate and Mai is the Flo going with the flow. I am reserving my judgment whether to even like them right now if that continues cause that makes me have huge hates with capital A =/ Oh, Ida/Tania and Natalie/Pailin, I think this is where Aurelia/Sophie left off. They make me laugh as much as poor Aurelia, especially the rich "heir-actresses". Please, more beaufaloes. Also, if you an heir, why are you running this race? You have money waiting behind your ass. Your experience of a lifetime would have been better well-spent if you went shopping at Bloomingdales, wasting every single piece of known currency that you inherited on socks >.< One last tinsy weeny polka dotted bikini thingy... Thailand, wonderful place. They don't speek Inglish that well though. Hence, the fail with taxi drivers for the two teams from India. Maybe it is the accent throwoff. Not being racist here but just stating that I think some people might have difficulty understanding Mumbai-accented English. Same goes with Japan with the exception of Osaka, Tokyo and Onomichi (beautiful place, Onomichi). Trust me, Niigata and English do not mix >.>

Still no racers revealed special yet though. The race started off pretty fast but it's sure to ramp up over the next few episodes. There was one thing that was new that I liked and that was the first two buses timed to leave 20 minutes after they arrive. It allowed teams to not only switch buses, it also put a lot of pressure on the teams on the first couple of buses. I would actually like to see more of that to allow more volatility in the racing order. Maybe implement something like that on TAR. So after seeing the teams in action, I fully expect Henry and Bernie to be frontrunners through the whole thing, which is not so bad because they seem pretty nice and watchable as well. I loved the beauty queens. They were so enthusiastic over all the things they had to do. And Natalia's running mascara was funny. Try waterproof on the race next time, honey. Geoff and Ticha were not so bad either. Definitely a watchable team that could prove entertaining. Ida and Tania were amusing to watch in action. And Mai and Oliver are looking like they might be the bickering team with Mai finding fault with Oliver when he's trying to help her. Not really liking that but we'll see how unbearable it gets. AD and Fuzzy. It took me a while to figure out both of them were female. They suck. Way to go casting an obvious cannon fodder team that's going to get run over by all of the others. I don't like them. I really couldn't give a shit for the other teams. They are bland beyond understanding. I have no idea how they got cast. Maybe the exception might be the father son team. They sucked but if they last a while, they might give a chance to show something likable or entertaining. Good that one of the boring teams got eliminated. Hope another one goes next. As for the preview for next week... Drama! Yes! And it doesn't look good for Natalia and Pailin. I think they needed a 90 minute special episode because too many things happen to fit in a normal hour. I think part of it might be due to delayed flights and airport trouble.
