I told her that if she got drunk with a flimsy top on she was practically inviting this kind of thing. Either wear something more sensible that is easier to manage if you plan to get wasted or don't get wasted. Now granted the creep that took the picture probably shouldn't have and I can understand being angry at him but whether he took a picture or not she was flashing a whole bar and it probably wasn't the first time. Picture phones are everywhere and you should take responsibility for your own modesty or this kind of thing might happen, right? She asked if she had any kind of legal way of removing it... I told her probably not and even if there were the site is probably not even in the US. Also if she was really embarrassed why did she send me a link to the picture? Moron. And no I will absolutely not post a link to the website or the picture or provide it via pm. Pervs. Also why do people ask for legal advice from non lawyers? How the fuck would I know what your rights are in that situation? You can get a free consultation from a number of lawyers.
