I guess they didn't change it 'cause they screwed up Alexis and Tracy's intros.

They got Michelle's final words and new intro credits with the tribe names and everything. Anyone know how to access these? Wonder if they cut Michelle out...

I dont remember being pissed off about them taking people out of the credits until after some girl was booted 2nd. I'd also like to speculate that perhaps Marcus' intro and edit to this point mean that he's in prime position to win pretty much from the start, but then falls into a series of bad luck by twists or injury or something (aka....snakebit). Could also mean that for Jacque. All of a sudden, Randy looks highly probable as an end-game candidate. Probst made a comment that pretty much as to refer to him...of course whether or not Probst is telling the truth is debatable.... If they have some kind of tribal swap.

Both of them have great intros, really liked by Burnett and Co. So that leaves five people BOB, CHARLIE, CORINNE, MARCUS, RANDY. Who wins? CORINNE is all TEETH. BOB is a gentle manorexic HIPPO. CHARLIE is a dumb ELEPHANT with a smile. MARCUS is an athletic, smiling SNAKE RANDY is a mean GORILLA.

CORINNE and BOB and KELLY started the season on the other side, FANG. So did RANDY, in KOTA.

Remembering that this animal eats snakes... I know she is totally INV and has no chance to win this game, but maybe she will 'eat' Marcus, either in the game, voting him out in a blindside, or as a jury vote against him...

Maybe he tries to set up voting her out (stikes at her like the snake), but she gathers support and gets rid of him (represented by the mongoose).

Especially when you're sifting through days/weeks worth of footage on a show like this....every tiny thing is deliberate. So I totally think the opening theme, especially because it is meant to be artistic and epic, has elements of foreshadowing and tells a story.
