There's no doubt Crystal has been a major character in determining the boot of her tribe so far, or at least that's been the edit. However, almost all of these incidents you've brought up have been edited the way they have been not to reflect on Crystal's inconsistency but to maintain suspense for the vote. In Episode 2, without the possibility of voting out Dan, it was pretty clear Gillian would go, but voting off Dan never rose beyond the discussion level even with Crystal. With Jacquie, the choice Crystal faced between a strong competitor who might not be loyal and a weak competitor who seemingly was is presented as the unknown going into TC. With that setup, the viewers understand her vote whichever way she goes.

With GC, once again, the choice is framed well before TC with the final decision left in the air. I still maintain the correct course here would have been to handle both GC and the idol in one go, but apparently the Fang members couldn't put that vote together (due to Matty, or whoever). I still don't see hypocrisy in this choice although I do see a lack of strategy (that wasn't emphasized in the editing). As for this last episode, she stated her preference to vote out Ace, but her standing within the tribe is definitely weakening. There was no way Matty was going to vote for Ace, and without GC, Crystal lacks the clout to push the vote where she wants. If Crystal's was the only vote for Kelly among her main alliance, then perhaps the impression you took exists, but it is pretty clear Kelly was the target all along. (We obviously missed some of the planning. I have to think Kelly's talk with Ace was because she recognized she needed votes to direct the target elsewhere in the dwindling Fang tribe. Without that discussion being clarified, it actually looks like Kelly is the one voting emotionally at TC.)
