I don't be sure if Castle is hit, I hope that Castle will be renewed for fall 2009 or mid-season 2010, I check out few people really love watching it
as Stargate Atlantis' David Hewlett (Dr. McKay) just got hooked to it, you can buy DVD set of 10 episodes of Castle this fall. as Wiki said: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_(TV_series)

Second ep ratings were up from the premiere....so that's good news.

I'm reserving judgement until I see some other opinions on this episode. I'm really tired tonight so I was kinda going in and out.

I love rich kid crime scenes because I experienced those types of hos first hand.

That was genuinely clever and without any lame out of nowhere culprit. I liked that the suspects kept shifting within the same group for most of the ep.

I don't like procedural shows generally, but I think I like this. Why? I'm not sure. I love Nathan Fillion and I'm glad he has steady work. But
yeah, that scene in his daughter's room -- especially considering he's a novelist that writes about creepy killers -- I mean, ew.
Of course, his daughter's an idiot, so I guess I don't care.

What I have really dug about the last two episodes is that they seem to truly be trying to break some of the "who done it" norms. The possible
suspects have shifted constantly, and even shifted back. Has kept both episodes moving and to at least me, feel fresh.
Also love any show that gives Jamie Chung work... who is pretty much the only reason to give Dragon Ball a chance this April. Am also very impressed with the acting talent of Castle's daughter. Creepy bedroom scene aside (which Nathan being the talented SOB that he is, almost made work), she and Castle's mother are a nice element to the show that I wasn't banking on being there. They are both very good actresses and when you give someone like Fillion good talent to work with, he will make them great. The structure of the case's and the Castle family scenes have really provided a nice flow to the show so far... oh, and Stana Katic just keeps getting hotter. |

Please...the bedroom scene wasn't creepy. You people obviously don't have kids. You get into a habit of checking on them when they are sleeping that
doesn't go away as they grow older.....you just do it less frequently. After watching a vid of a kid getting killed the urge to go watch your child in
their sleep would prolly be overwhelming.
Besides, the follow-up confession scene was pure gold. |

I loved the confession scene, epically when she said that the next day she scanned the card twice to make up for it and she had to be grounded.
It's nice to have the child of a single dad be a good girl. Not dating 20 year olds and getting DUI's like we normally see. |

the main problem is the detective is too much of a hard ass..
still don't like the mother |

The fraus crying as he read the ending of his book was a thing of beauty. |

I loved all the book stuff. Another good ep. I was suspecting both the wife and campaign dude of it for a chunk of the ep. Didn't expect both though so
that was a nice twist. I loved the espresso stuff. Her sneaking a cup and him not even caring was cute. I also LOVED that the two other male cops are friends
outside of work. The dumpster dive was a great scene for them.

Wow, this is such a cute show! I'm surprised how much I like it actually. How's it doing? I know I probably shouldn't get invested... The
daughter is sweet and I didn't think that bedroom scene was creepy at all. It was perfect. I like that the detective is loosening up a little bit with
that dress and all at the book reading. (Haven't watched the latest ep yet.)

I think last night was the first time the writers really hit their groove.

This show just gets better and better.
I loved getting more backstory from Beckett. The scene at the fridge had me chuckling for a while. The laser tag game was awesome. The mystery was poignant and Beckett's reaction to everyone's non-caring was very telling. |

Love love love this show! It really just keeps getting better. They are in a groove now. Countdown to cancellation...

Another less than predictable resolution and a nice way to sneak in some backstory on Beckett.
