Everybody in my office has a cold, so I'm dropping these Airborne tabs into water and drinking it all day. Am I wasting any time? Anybody have any
testimonials?

They work for me...at the first sign of sickness or if I find everyone sick around me, I take Airborne a few times and some ZiCam lozenges and I've either
deflected the cold entirely or at least seriously cut down it's severity immensely. It's worked for 3 years for me now in cold laden New England. And
even if it's all in my mind, who cares, it's working.

And while we are on the subject somewhat, echinacea doesn't work either. Someone I used to work with lived off the stuff and he was always sick. Oh and

I used to pop echinacea pills all the time. And St Johns Wort. Why do I get caught up in this voodoo?

St Johns Wort has actually been shown to be effective treatment for mild to moderate depression. Link to the clinical briefing on the topic in the Canadian

St Johns Wort has actually been shown to be effective treatment for mild to moderate depression. That's because once you smell and taste it you know nothing in life could ever be worse. |

I usually have an Emergen-C packet everyday and I only get sick one day every 12 to 14 months. When I do get sick, I mix up an Emergen-C before breakfast,
mid-afternoon and before bed -- I am usually back to normal in 2 days. I

It may have been completely psychological...
But two holiday seasons' ago, I felt like death. I was popping the Dayquil, sleeping a majority of the day...And then one day, I took an Airborne, the next morning I woke up...and for the first time in a week in a half, I felt like I could step out of my apartment and actually accomplish something. |
