Remove this ad Our office moved to another building....it's on the 7th floor now. I've taken to walking down 7 flights and walking up 7 flights of stairs during lunch. Here's my question : 1) Is it better to skip every day? Or do it every day? 2) Would clenching my butt cheeks while doing this develop my glutes?

Posts: 64 (10/21/08 10:42 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	When I was in elementary school, we played a game called 7-up, thumbs-up. everyone put their head down on their desk, and put one hand with the thumb-up on their desk. 7 children would walk around and select one student to touch their thumb, who would then put their thumb down. When all of the children had selected their thumb-owner, they would return to the front of the room. The people who's thumbs had been touched were instructed to stand, and guess who had put their thumb down. If you guessed correctly, you went to the front of the class and took their place. There were always people who cheated, and peeked at the person's shoes. grrr. I think you should suggest this game to your co-workers! :) oh, and yes. clench.

You must be really out of shape. There's a nurse I work with that uses his break to walk every stairway in the hospital. He does it every day. So he goes up and down eight flights of stairs about 7 times (I think that's how many stairwells are in our hospital).
