Our office moved to another building....it's on the 7th floor now.
I've taken to walking down 7 flights and walking up 7 flights of stairs during lunch.
Here's my question :
1) Is it better to skip every day? Or do it every day?
2) Would clenching my butt cheeks while doing this develop my glutes?
