Family Guy - Had some of the funniest half hours I'd ever seen but it still was incredibly inconsistent early on and absolutely unwatchable since it returned. I always found the writing to be really lazy and it always seems like you're watching a first draft.
Powerpuff Girls - The show never appealed to me the same way the original animated shorts did (which were absolutely brilliant)...I'd lump Dexter's Laboratory into the same category.
Frasier - The greatest traditional sitcom of all time. (Seinfeld doesn't count, it defied conventions despite the usage of multi-cameras and the laugh track)
X-Files - Began its quick downhill descent in the 6th season, post-movie, but they certainly left us with more quality hours than almost any drama in television history. Hell, it probably is either this or Homicide for the record since most of the other great dramas I can think of were either canceled early or aired on cable which means not too many episodes.
Clone High - Too dry and a lot of stuff that fell flat for me but I agree that it was pretty smart. I actually preferred the dumber 3 South that MTV launched at the same time.
Still To Come:
Survivor
The Simpsons
Six Feet Under
