After like 16 seasons I finally saw where Russ Landau got the music for Survivor.. It's from a
Russian Folk Song entitled POIDU VYIDU NA ULITSU... It is from the
Kurks' Region.. Anyway here are the lyrics:

Try listening to the original theme or in Vanuatu.. *laughs*.. Still looking for the African version as well as the chinese :P

I remember reading the Chinese version. I think it was in the S18+ forum in the Survivor Music thread. I may be wrong. And I think they mentioned earlier in a
video that the original was Russian.

You can hear the lyrics pretty clearly in the palau version :)

I remember in Survivor: Australia, the theme intro was played a Didgeridoo instrument.

I found the mp3 of the song here, it's pretty hilarious! And Poidu Vyidu na
Ulitsu means something like "I'll go outside". How appropriate for a Survivor theme song!
