4/10. I related to and agreed with Ace, Randy, and Marcus. I loath people like Crystal, Susie, Kenny and Sugar. So as much as i like this season...it just
SUCKS that most of you have opposit interests in character which is why the producers could comfortably make a "laugh at randy" episode. Corinnes a
bitch, but cute as hell, so hope she wins. (and joke's on you Sugar you little whore, Randy's is the one vote that will lose you a nice million you
fucking slut.)

It's basically one replay or another of the same stuff every week, and has been for months. There's nothing to care about. I don't hate Sugar or
Randy so I can't even take sides. I think the only way to enjoy this season is if people absolutely adore Kenny and Crystal and see the Onions as the
personification of evil. Then it might be more entertaining.

I dont remember being this negative about a season since all-stars when i watched ALL the survivors i couldnt wait to see back on the show get voted out one by
one, until the final 6 were just...assholes. Except tom.

I've hated seasons more than this one (I hated Thailand). I'm more annoyed at the editing, the casting, and all the gimmicks. The show has basically
taken most of what used to make it stand out and junked it in favor of a circus. No one to care about, not much to remember, just all kinds of exclamation
points which fade with the closing credits.
Even the supposed theme is forgettable. Good and evil. There's few "good" people this season. If the show has to hang that old cliched tag over this group, then they're basically saying they don't have any idea how to label this group. |

This season again is kind of ruined for me. The producers again felt the need to mess with the original teams. So now, One of the people that were on the
losing tribe of fang will probably win the money. A person who I think is considered a loser because of that pathetic tribe of losers. Instead of having a
person from a great tribe who actually had their shit together, we will now see a pathetic winner. A winner who probably will claim they had a great
strategy... Bullshit!!
The winner this season will win because of sheer luck. Someone who would have been voted off long ago had the teams not changed...To the great tribe of Koda all I can say is you guys did everything right and one of you should have won. Thank you again Producers for messing everything up... |

My God, Trainrobber, switches have happened in 11 of the 17 seasons. It's a traditional twist. It's a player's own damn fault if they didn't
think of a way to prepare for it. If they were completely surprised, my only guess is that they were a recruit who had never seen the show, in which case I
could care less.

I really think this season is by far my favorite post ASS season.
S9 was ok S10 was good S11 was good S12 wasgood S13 was not very good on a lot of levels S14 was ok S15 was great S16 was realllllly good S17 is amazing. Great characters and challenges, a location like we have never seen, and amazing/unpredictable game play. |

Yeah, I think this is one of the top 3 seasons since ASS. It's definitely better than the last 2 years (i.e. Fans vs Favs, Fiji, Cook Islands)

One of the best seasons, IMO. Its working out perfectly, which is something that is unusual for me. I usually root for the underdogs, and they usually never
win. This season seemed destined for the boring as fuck and uppity onions to take over, and thank God they didn't. <3333 Fang 5.

right through that"
Well this is the first season where a (really good) majority of what I "want" to happen does. And this is the only season since S5 that I feel most resembles S1-S5 in purity and getting to know a majority of the people. |

Well this is the first season where a (really good) majority of what I "want" to happen does.I do think that the main the reason for this season's popularity among some people is based on fandom for the contestants who have done well. It's been a dull Fiji-esque game (reverse Pagong with an zomg idol twist), but with a successful alliance of nerd/cute-dumb-girl/sassy-black-gurl who are far more Sucks friendly than a 30s-something ad exec/homeless jock/old frau. Last season, almost nothing went the way I wanted, with 9 of the first 10 boots being the people I'd have wanted to see at the merge - but it was still objectively an entertaining and action-packed, so it was still fun. This season doesn't have anything going for it if you don't like the finallists. It's just been a depressing slog with a few Ace/Randy/Crystal moments to keep it from being truly painful. This is the first season where I really haven't felt there's been anything new happening - not in a "back to basics" way, just in a tired, hackneyed blah way. |
