This is what it looks like at -35C. The forecast for today is mostly sunny skies and a high of -26 C. The overnight low is expected to reach -32 C, with winds from the northwest making it feel like -44 C. There's more of the same in store for the next two days, with highs in the mid -20sC and lows reaching -31 C or colder. |

I don't mind the cold but my husband has been sick on and off for around a month with god knows what and it's getting to be pretty fucking annoying.

Feels Like 1°F and it is suppose to get colder ... until Saturday when it gets back to a high of 18.

It's been snowing all day and around 35, but between 4 and 6pm it's supposed to start dropping, reaching a low of -2. And that's the warmest it
will be for the rest of the week. My daughter is really hoping for some school closing.

Another couple of inches of snow today and, like Cindidindi said, we're expecting the teens and single digits to arrive. It seems it's always this week
in January when schools are closed because it's too cold for kids to walk to school. (And I won't even get started on that rant.)

I just had about 20 minutes of wicked thundersnow. 3 flashes of lightning and some fierce winds.
Now the temps are supposed to fall to zero and stay there or colder for the next 3 days. |

The little desktop weather thingy on the bottom bar says -7 right now, but I was just out in my garage for a ciggy break and with the heater going it
wasn't too bad. It opens to the east so I'm not getting any wind coming in.

It's so mild outside right now. Hard to believe tomorrow I'll be waking up to bone chilling temperatures.
I'm gonna go shovel the entrance and snow off my car. Usually I would've done that tomorrow, but it would probably be harder than rock by then. |

This is some fucked up weather!
It was really mild and calm a moment ago, now there's a huge blizzard that just started yet it's still really mild despite the deadly winds (0 degrees to be precise). But here's the kicker. They said by tomorrow morning it'll be - 25 (celsius) so that's a 25 degree drop in a 7 hour span. So either the meteorologist fucked up again or it's turning out like that shitty movie "The day after the next" |

We're getting just enough snow that I have to move my car back off the snow route, and even with heavy gloves my fingers are in severe pain within a minute
or two of being outside. I have to hope I don't get plowed under again just because I have to find a space on a side street and am not supposed to shovel
much for health reasons. Someone please remind me why the hell I haven't moved somewhere warm yet.
