I'm just going through my refrigerator and pantry thinking about this question: Hmmmm, steak, salmon, tuna, turkey, apples, spinach, asparagus, carrots,
tangerines, brown rice, onions, blueberries, watermelon, red peppers, avocados, walnuts, bananas . . .

I like the foods which I recommend only low calories and average sugar. I don't like salty foods which contains high sodium and high cholesterol.
