I always read those things thinking "Hmm, only 21% of my daily fat intake, that's not bad" But then you realize that's for one 16th of the box/bag. So it basically means, if you wanna lose weight you're allowed one teasing bite of it.

My abs are actually starting to show a bit, thus what prompted this thread because my food choices are becoming more narrow with each passing day if I wanna keep doing some progress.
