I listened to that Blog Talk Radio, and this is what Megan had to say about the Make Me Your Trophy Wife & ILM2:

On what she wanted to say to her fans:
"That I hopefully will find my future husband. And that I'm ready for him" (lol... that's about you, not your fans. Megan <33)

On whether or not Brandi C will be there:
"Yes, Brandi C will be there to support me and help me find my match."

On Heat & Entertainer returning for ILM2.
"I don't see why they're there. I think they both have very annoying characters and I think they show them too much."

Who do you like from ILM2?
"Uhhhm... who do I like? I like Buddha, actually. I think he's smart and I hope that he does very well."

On her opinion of Myamme attempting to be her
"At least she's owning up to copying me. I'm flattered, but there's really not any comparison. I mean, you can try."

And as far as the Wikipedia article, it's correct. At the end of the interview she said all of that stuff. She also said it's going to air in August.

When she talked about how serious she was taking it and the possibility of Season 2, she was full of shit and pretending it was VERY serious lol. I'm totally expecting her to be amazing <3333

Edit: I just went over the rest of the interview, and it's amazing. Everyone should listen. When she was asked to talk about the other Charm School contestant, she said she didn't remember any of them and couldn't. And she made a SHOCKING revelation that Destiney is 5 months pregnant.
