No hard feelings, that's just where they are in the game. So I think Susie is just saying that voting out Crystal before Kenny wasn't anything personal for her, a toss-up decision. (If she was totally going alphabetical, obviously, it would be Bob.)

She talks about the need to break them up while alone at exile. And admitted to an alliance with Sugar and Matty, so this wasn't just an alphabet strategy from all the players, maybe just between C/K.
