When Crystal even admits in interviews that Ken thought the strategy out for them, I think he's allowed to say he knows what he's doing. And I guess getting Sugar to turn on Ace is a forgotten memory.
Thinking up the strategy "get Susie to switch" isn't particularly great and the skill there is clearly in actually making the move. I don't doubt Ken's got a far better mental theoretical game than most players out there but his execution has been pretty clumsy most of the time due to not very impressive social skills.
Ken turning on Ace was a powerplay, but it's hard to say if it was actually a great move.
But I still think he'll win, so kudos to him for doing it - though just as I didn't think Todd was much of a strategist as a Cesternino or a Fairplay because of being in majority all the time, I don't think Kenny was great because the twists always ended up in his favour.
