k I'm sleepy now and headed off to bed. I've become mildly allergic to nuts. Maybe I always was and didn't notice because I eat them rarely, and I
ignored the effects (feeling like choking, coughing, scratchy throat) because I had asthma and was surrounded by smokers. Anyway, I thought maybe it was just
Brazil nuts I was allergic to, but I ate a cookie tonight with coconut in it and I ate a handful of peanuts, and my throat starts feeling like I need to shove
a backscratcher down it. I took Benadryl, that seems to have taken the edge off.
