I've never seen it - never CARE to see it - but SO many people make it a part of their Christmas routine. I don't get it.
I remember growing up and my parents just HAD to watch it every year it was on TV. Yet, the whole time it was on, they looked bored while watching it and usually moved on to other things while it played in the background.
I know the story and all that angel gets it's wings crap, and knowing how it all ends makes me not want to watch it even more. It just sounds silly and like it's for really old people.
When the movie has it's 100-Year Anniversary, will people still be watching it EVERY year? Hopefully by then people will have moved on.
So, am I nutso or what? Has anyone else here never seen it?
