I'm only ranking seventy because there would be too many to rank if I included everyone. I included characters who have appeared in one episode, but there aren't too many of them because no one remembers who they are. There's even probably a handful from the seventy who are long forgotten... And because it's Christmas, here's a little song from Phoebe! � #70 might be posted today. He was more annoying than funny, so that's why he almost got last. The last minute and a half of the clip shows him getting Chandlerowned. Since this clip has all his parts which makes it really long, I wanted to have another clip that has only one of the scenes. He's not on the list though... #68 Emily Waltham I didn't really hate Emily as much as the previous two, but she was in so many episodes, and they all quickly got boring. And I think I remember her saying the only way she would be with Ross is if he stays away from Rachel? Never mind... She sucked too.
