Most of them get protein from beans and tofu, which is made from soybeans. What do beans produce when sent through the human digestive system? GAS! Horrible, unspeakeable GAS! Is that why so many of them love to be outdoors with nature, so they don't stink up their houses?

I know a 2 people who lost a shitload (literally) of weight but then messed up their metabolism so bad their hair fell out and they got fatter than ever when they were off it. Maybe they were destined to be fat baldies anyway (one was a woman ) but I would be leery.

In theory I'm all about not killing animals, as a sort of abstract notion, but until we're actively cloning cheeseburgers, farm raised it is. Humans eat meat.

Ever. just needs to do what I did recently- As well as whatever else you want to eat, make sure you consume the following over the course of the day- 3 cups of cooked cabbage 1 cup of raw cabbage 2 cups of white bean soup 1 large raw apple Oh dear God, I think I may suffocate before it gets out of my system.

It wasn't just a little air fart either but a huge hideous stinking methane ball that filled the room and hinted strongly that something had crawled up his ass and died. I dumped him shortly thereafter because I'm a shallow meat-eating bitch and honestly, the farting had become an issue for me. As long as they eat eggs and dairy they can be fine. It's the vegans who don't eat any animal products. If you have to take supplements in order to sustain a diet, it's not healthy.
