hey y'all! i just loved bein' on the show tonight. it was late for me and michael groover was awful mad about being in bed with girdy for so long! i
had to make it up to him by fixin' him a snack! boy oh boy to my suprise that bobby was home! i missed my boys this weekend because jamie's baby was
baby jesus at the town church! he was so cute now y'all! i could have wrapped him up in some butter and ate him whole! i love my family so much. so to make
michael groover happy y'all i made my dear aunt becky's special midnight pie!
aunt becky's special midnight pie -1 store fixed pie crust in a tin y'all -1 jar of mince. i like to use nothin' but the mince for this one. lots of raisins! -4 plums cored and pealed -1 jar of strawberry jelly. i like smuckers -4 sticks of butter. put one aside and keep it cold -1 extra stick of butter 1. put the oven on y'all. i like 500 degrees to get it good and hot! michael groover loves a hot snack! 2. put the jar of mince in the pie crust 3. take your plums and fix 'em on the mince. sound good don' it? 4. empty the strawberry jelly on the plums. 5. in your microwave melt 3 sticks of butter. 6. pour butter on pie 7. cut the extra stick into chunks and toss it on the pie 8. turn up the oven to 550 degrees and cook for 50 minutes. 9. when the pie is done it should be golden brown, and bubblin' 10. cut up remaining butter stick on the pie and get ready to serve it y'all! i have such dear memories of auntie makin' this for me and jamie. this was before bobby was born, but i did meet michael groover when he found my girdy for me at the shelter. i'll never forget his face! it's gettin' so late y'all! i best be off to fix this for michael groover! family is very important. be sure to love everyone all the time. night y'all! happy new year! |

Did you see her Thanksgiving show, where she cooked a Turducken? Basically it was a boneless chicken, inside of a boneless duck, inside of a boneless turkey
with stuffing between all three....
Also there was breadsticks wrapped in bacon, with the bacon fat used to mix in with the sweet corn "for taste" |
