MBR said the banner was the wrong size (ironically, due to the reduced amount of contestants in Survivor - that banner is approximately the same size as the TAR one that was considered too small). I fixed it up, PM'd MBR again, but I never got a reply. Oh well, yours is probably better anyway... even though mine had kickass scrolling animation.

There's plenty to choose from right now. There was a time when fantasy games and "races" were not allowed here, because we have limited bandwidth, and I'm sure each of you have experienced times when the board is slow. We have since relaxed this rule, but frankly, there are nearly as many fantasy and game/race threads on Page 1 as there are of everything else combined. So while the season's still going strong, I think we have enough fantasy threads, enough games, and enough online races to hold us through the TAR 14 Finale. Your cooperation is appreciated. Is your intent to have no new games until after the Season 14 finale? Will you allow one for one replacement with a new game starting when an existing one ends? I know that I, and I am sure others, enjoy reading these games and fan fics as much as ans perhaps more than many of the current show threads. I have been willing to support the board, too. Check the contributor list.

That post was the direct result of locking a gamer's thread because we had enough, already. We are not at the end of the season, yet a gamer just started a new game thread. I believe the request to hold off until the end of the season was reasonable, and clear. Let's remember the purpose of the forum, first. Games (as pointed out above) were prohibited until recently. I don't want to go there again provided we can all peacefully co-exist. I would rather not provide "explicit guidance" at this time beyond asking for cooperation and understanding, and taking it one day at a time.
