Ok, for some reason, he gives me the Justin from Queer as Folk vibes when Justin was really young and naive and his anal cherry hadn't popped yet and he
was about to meet Brian who would man him up.
I like his personality and I agree that he doesn't seem as self-entitled as most of them. |

He's a diva in a teen boy's body. Mariah/Whitney/Christina etc. I hate that kind of singing but those are the kind of winners Idol thrives on. In
terms of persona, he's Clay #2 and that will get tricky. This will be a great season for the pederests.

I noticed his loud inhale before he sang each phrase. It was very distracting. Since his vocal cords were paralyzed, he has to force each inhale. He ended up
in the top 24 because the producers want a contestant for the pre-teen Idol watchers.

Mariah/Whitney/Christina etc. I hate that kind of singing but those are the kind of winners Idol thrives on.In what alternate universe did you come up with this assessment in? Last time I checked Carrie and Kelly were their most successful winners and Kelly's 2nd, more pop/rock album is her most successful effort. Their other big seller and one they wanted to win is Chris Daughtry who sure as hell never sang any Mariah, Whitney or Christina on the show. Do you even watch this show? Idol may throw a much of Whitney wannabes into the semis every year and the gays on this board my thrive on those contestants but they've never been the chosen ones and Idol sure as hell doesn't thrive on winners like them. The closest winners they have to that category are Mantasia and Jordin and even both of them are kind of sqaure pegs compared to that round hole. |

Idol has measured up doesn't mean that's not their dream date. He may be too queeny to win though. Depends how many back up singers cry when he sings.

Please remove me from the hate thread as he picked Elliott as his favorite past idol. I hope his pipes hold up and he doesn't sing too many Mariah/Whitney
