Anyone and everyone can place, the rules.
There will be 2 tribes. To start off, first person to post the name of a tribe gives that tribe 'immunity'. The other tribe goes to Tribal Council and anyone can vote, as soon as I've gotten enough vote (first come first serve basis) for a majority, someone is voted out.

**Wait for me to post saying "IC is now going on", then someone can post the name of one tribe again to give that tribe immunity. Also wait for me to announce "Welcome to TC #x" before voting.
