Remove this ad In a thread at the survivor.com forum, leolady (who lives where Ben conducts his symphony) posted the following: I talked to folks who attended the December 12th symphony performance and they said Ben Wade had lost about 60 pounds since they last saw him, he was using a walking stick/cane (which he never needed before) and looked like he had been through the wringer. He has said there were would be an announcement on National TV after the superbowl that would "bring Susanville and the Symphony attention". I was able to find a photo of him post-show that confirms this ... from the looks of it, it would be shocking if he didn't last all 39 days. Before: After: Let the rampant speculation begin... There's not a whole lot of difference between Day 36 and Day 39. There's also reports a scorpion takes out a player (literally) Could also be why he'd look so haggard.

He sounds like he's taking the whole thing too serious though. But that's the only thing we could expect from a type AA, I suppose. Here's hoping Wade was not the victim of scorpion.

Well if its a final 3, 5th place still leaves day 36 either way since there are only 16 castaways. Thats how it was in China, they had PG go at day 36 and Denise at day 38

Or maybe we are all overestimating and he doesn't even make late game some pre merge have also been pretty beaten up.
