We can only hope that people got scared and tried to exit both rivers before the second plane hit.
2 planes?

If two guys named Jack and Ben were traveling with a bald-headed corpse, I may have an idea of what happened.

Absolutely amazing that everyone got out ok. Kudos to the pilot. I think if it were me, I'd be asking for a BEER. Or toilet tissue to clean out my pants.
I always fly into and out of La Guardia. Has to be one of the scariest airports because of the river. I'm always whispering "LIFT UP! LIFT UP!" whenever we take off. The runway always seems so short. But it looks like the river saved their lives... |

They believe all the passengers are off safely and on their way to the hospitals for check ups..

If the plane stayed on the treadmill, this would never have happened. Right, Hammy?

According to Fox News, Pentagon officials and Homeland Security are investigating whether the geese were trained by a terrorist organization to attack the
engines of jetliners, and are actively searching the Hudson for the bodies of the birds to see if electronic homing devices were attached to their legs and
necks.

No one is reporting on the geese. I think there are a ton of them in the river around the plane and boats, just sayin.

He apparently landed the plane pretty smoothly, just in the river |

I hate LaGuardia. Horrible, horrible airport. Why there isn't an accident there once a day, I'll never understand. Overcrowded, badly designed runways,
crappy terminals. Avoid it. I only fly out of Newark.
