I've started reading PKD's A Scanner Darkly, and I'm getting sorta f'd up by it. Not so much because it is in itself a mindfuck, but because I had long ago watched the movie and so I'm envisioning Keanu Reeves and Robert Downey as the characters - except it's been so long since I've seen that move that I'm not sure which character was played by whom... so I keep switching them up in my head. It's gotten to the point where I can't read the book anymore because of this confusion. And yes, I've been too lazy to google. Anyway... what are you reading these days?

I can't figure out if everyone has read it before and therefore it's banal, or if people just ignore it because of the zombie thing.
