Agreed. College not being for someone doesn't automatically mean they're not smart enough for it. Oh and let me tell you you don't actually have to be that smart to get into first year of post-secondary education. Being smart and faking smart in high school are two completely different things. There is a ridiculous amount of people I would classify as dumb as a post at my school. I'm starting to think they should base getting into College/University on high school marks because it's way too easy to bullshit through high school and get a decent enough average.

As for my own Kady <3 I actually love "A Groovy Kind of Love," I thought "Magic Man" was horrific but she was taking Simon's stupid advice and I didn't think "Who Wants to Live Forever" was bad, and I thought it was a lot better than anything Amanda or KKKristy did and they both made the Top 12. I found Kady to be endearing, I enjoyed her personality and I think she has a fabulous voice. I also saw a lot of potential in her, whereas for someone like Amanda I see no potential, she's just going to go on yelling every week and getting praised for being "unique" or whatever it is.

I will note that Kady doesn't have some of the experience many of the others have performing on stage. She's sung for quite a while, but she said herself she didn't have much experience with the whole performance aspect, it was new to her. I think if she had stayed she would have kept trying hard and would have come into her own.

I just liked her, that's basically the only way I can sum it up. Yeah it might be a little overboard but that's just how I get with Idol, if I really like someone.
