Here's a recap I did of her Top 24 interview:

-She pronounced her name Ray-Me-Elle Ma-Lu-Bye

-When she found out she was in the Top 24 she slapped herself and did the Home Alone thing. She freaked out.

-She first started singing when she was 12 at her cousin's birthday.

-She can play piano, she played for 5 years. She can't play the hard notes anymore. She learned the guitar, her sister taught her but she's not too good at it. She's done hula dancing since 1st grade.

-If she doesn't become the next American Idol she won't get discouraged. She'll learn from the experience and keep on going. She'll go back to school for nursing.

-She doesn't want to win American Idol to be famous but she wants to represent for Asian people.

-Her favourite performer is Regina some last name I can't say or spell.

-She doesn't think she's like any of the former contestants. She's just like her.

-People would be surprised that instead of singing in the shower she puts random music on like Spice Girls and stuff and she dances.

-She never wants to work in retail again.

-The weirdest thing she's ever eaten is Balut [omg that is weird and gross, I saw it on Fear Factor] it's a duck egg with the baby duck still in it. The outside part tastes good.

-She slipped on stage because she was wearing heels and said short people should stay low to the ground because God made you short.

-Her parents are really supportive. Her parents will take work off to drive her to gigs and stuff. Her dad has sacrificed a lot for her. She's not a minor so her parents don't stay with her on AI but her dad flew to California and stayed at another hotel during Hollywood so he could come see her for dinner and stuff and support her. She feels weird when her family is not around. Her sister can tell when she's off key, even if she tries to cover it up. She'll be in the audience and make the weirdest face and tell her she sounded horrible.
