I was depressed to hear that there were only 4,000 applicants for the next Survivor installment. We have also lost viewers at a rate faster than any other show
on television. We all have excuses and apologies for the current state of things, but something is clearly wrong. Before I get flamed, listen:
.The editing team should all be fired. They have no idea what they are doing
. Someone needs to put Probst in his place. A verbal castration, so to speak
. Above all, the show is about the contestents. It is not about gameplay, challenges, Jeff Probst, twists or what have you. It is solely about the players and how they interact in a harsh environment. Everything else is window dressing.
. There is no room for compramise. The Hidden Immunity Idol has to go. If it doesn't, it has to be phased out by people who refuse to use it. There needs to be rebellion against the final 3 and the awful editing.
