Steph would have been crushed by Lydia, IMO. With Bobby Jon, though, it was actually Lydia's comments in the FTC that convinced him to vote for Danni over Steph because originally he planned to give her a sympathy vote because of all they've been through together. So with Lydia talking as an actual finalist, with even more time to persuade the jury, I highly doubt he would vote for Steph.

In that FTC, the way I see it, Lydia would get Bobby Jon, Jamie, Gary, Cindy, Judd, and maybe Danni. Rafe would probably vote for Steph, and Danni might have voted Steph too.

I'm also surprised no one mentioned Judd's comment on the F8 reward about how Lydia/Cindy need to go eventually because they would win in a jury vote.

38. Neleh alienates much of Soliantu with her poor social game/FTC.

Neleh was never exactly my favorite Survivor (to be frank, I hate her), and this is pretty much why. The poor girl had no idea of how people perceived her, and this can be shown by the quote I picked. She had this nice relationship with Paschal, and after he took her on a great reward, it probably would have been a good idea to STFU about the details of the food and such. But she went over the top. She offerend her tribe a CHEWED MINT...FROM HER MOUTH! I'm sure I'm not the only one who was thinking "WTF!?"

Her FTC performcance wasn't much better. In fact, I'll say right here, she's one of only two FTC performances to make this list (props to whoever can guess the other one ), and the reason is I believe she was one of only two people to lose almost, if not entirely because of a disaster and a half at the FTC. So for a season like Gabon, where all three finalists were horrible in the FTC, none of them will show up because we all know Bob had it in the bag as soon as the fourth Kota was put on the jury. Neleh wasn't THAT bad, actually, and she did manage to get three votes, but from what I understand, all she had to do was say "Sorry John" and she's $900k richer. That and a few other comments like, "I didn't start playing the game until day 24," led the jury to believe Vecepia was the better player and better person, the Rotu Four in particular.















37. Lisa flips on the Bowheads.

Stupid bitch Lisa got what she deserved when she got pwnt by the most beautiful, wonderful woman to ever grace our TV screens during Survivor. I am, of course, talking about the heavenly Queen Ami. And Lisa gave Queen Ami this opportunity with this, flipping on her alliance. You see, what most people don't know about this is that the bowheads were actually going to be in power after Dolly was booted. They all had a plan. Queen Ami (and I think Leann, too) were in good with both the older and the younger group, and the plan was to go into the next TC and have a tie vote. Then, Queen Ami was going to switch her vote to Twila because "she was scared of the PROD." In actuality, she was going to be in a very good position and legitimately didn't have to worry about the PROD.

So Lisa had a choice. Go with her alliance and get a majority, or betray half the tribe and have everyone distrust you? Naturally, Lisa went with choice number two only because she didn't trust Eliza. . Anyways, this led to Queen Ami not trusting Lisa, and apparently they had a huge fight that wasn't shown, or it was at least bigger than what was shown. So when Queen Ami got that chance to do so, she made sure that Lisa got her ass handed to her. Lisa, the tribe Queen Ami has spoken, lolpwnt.


















36. Denise refuses to turn against Todd, Amanda, and Courtney.

I think, "Denise sucks at life," would have been a more appropriate quote, but unfortunatley Survivor is not life (although Lex may beg to disagree). But Denise sucked at Survivor too, and here's why. She was always on the outs on Fei Long. The swap probably helped her because it allowed Fei Long to acquire two threats from Zhan Hu, thus pretty much eliminating any chance of her getting voted out before the merge. For Denise, the major wake up call should have been at the F9, when her alliance didn't bother to include her in the JR blindside, leaving her to cast the sole vote for Peih Gee, and honorable mention right here to Frosti for not doing taking advantage of this situation and trying to stage a coup. So now Denise knows her alliance is skeptical of her, and she also knows that she's playing for fourth or fifth place at this point. Naturally, the best hope for her would be to turn on her alliance, and she had three chances to pull this off, over a week that is, and she failed, ending up in a predictable fourth place. It might have been harder during Frosti's boot, but she certainly could have turned things around when James was booted. He had two idols, and they were always pretty tight, so all they had to do was turn on Fei Long, and then she's in a much better spot. Similarly, she could have also forced a tie the next week, but she "played it safe." She, like a few other Survivors, learned the hard way that if you don't take a risk, then you won't get anywhere anyways.




















35. Ted/Helen/Jan are unable to unite to vote out Brian/Clay.

So one of the reasons Brian gets flack as a winner is because it's said that the rest of the cast collectively had a negative IQ, a perception that this move does not discourage. At the F5 in Thailand, we can give Brian an honorable mention for not knowing how to spell Road Trip, or what he called, "Raod Trip." This cost him a car, and it gave Ted and Helen a chance to strategize. Both agreed that Clay needed to go, and they were going to try to take him out if he didn't win immunity. So when Brian won immunity, why in god's name did they NOT take out his F2 goat? I think it has a lot to do with Jan accepting the position of third place to Brian/Clay, but why couldn't Helen/Ted get her to do the same for them? I don't know, :iiam, but the point is, their collective failure to take out Brian (or his goat, since he was immune) pretty much robbed one of them of a million dollars. They ended up screwing each other over as Brian walked all over them, leading to Helen's AMAZING final words.
