I do think I should have left the poll open longer, but what can you do?

China's location sucked so I hope it is out next.

Yeah, I'm a little surprised Marquesas was out so early. Jeff said it was the worst location they've been to, but that's simply because the
temperatures and the bugs made it hard on him. It's not like those things bothered the viewers.
Plus, like others have said, they had a freaking waterfall at their camp. |

I thought Amazon should've ranked higher cause of the rainforest and all... And of the islands, the Cook Islands probably looked the nicest, although the
living conditions were apparently really easy.

CI was too easy, IMO. Like a resort.

Honestly, I'd say Palau was the worst, given the horrific conditions. Gabon was the best because it was a really beautiful place, not a lot of water for
water challenges, and we got to see the contestants in all their glory, not in weather-weakened states.

Gabon would have been better if the contestants had been given proper outdoor clothing. Everyone looked like they were basically wearing mud by the merge. I
also didn't mind how Palau was a tough location. Gabon and Cook Islands, in my opinion, were far too easy. Neither had a lot of rain and they were given
too much food.

I definitely agree that Gabon didn't live up to it's expectations.

Amazon got a 9.8? Is that right?

No, sorry. I've corrected it.

Cook Islands was so cool looking. The lagoon is awesome. But seriously, I hope China is gone soon. It looks so nasty and muddy.
I loved Guatemala for the ruin, and I loved the pre-merge outback becuase it looked the the place where I would want to go the most if I went camping. |

I liked Amazon quite a bit. It's unique among the locations.

How the fuck is Amazon out? I think people are confusing it with the awful croc-water Guatemala. Amazon was so unique and fun. ^_^ |

CI was too easy, IMO. Like a resort. On the other hand, "easy" locations permit survivalists like Ozzy to make a difference for their tribe. While really "hard" locations sometimes take the hunter-gatherer skill out of it, so we watch players ration rice given to them by producers. I like a mixture of both kinds of locations. |

The problem with CI was that it was TOO easy, so you didn't even need that great of a hunter-gatherer to get food. Marquesas, where they had no food to
start with, was the best hunter-gatherer season.
And I liked China because the conditions were so horrendously painful. The contestants looked like they were actually suffering (and the cave led to an amazing Courtney quote). |

???
The same could be said about any other location. And didn't you just trash Marquesas because the conditions were too "uncomfortable?" |

Marquesas had the annoying bugs, and was kind of unspectacular except for the waterfall, whereas China had the cave, which was awesome, and it rained
constantly. Also, the bamboo was sort of cool, especially with James ripping it out of the ground.

-_- bamboo and a hole in a pile of mud is spectacular? And how the hell did the bugs impact your viewing experience?
