You know what I wonder? Where you buy those little rubber inserts for eyelash curlers.
Mine was missing this morning so I went to CVS and Walgreens and I couldn't find any, I bought a whole new curler. |

Oh thanks! Yea the lady at Walgreens swore she had them but didn't know where, and at CVS well I couldn't find anyone and the cashier seemed on edge so

At Walgreens they would be in the Maybeline section, down towards the very bottom (almost on the floor). Stuff gets "lost" from there all the time.

My eyelash curler came with a whole bunch of extra thingies, but I have no idea where they are now.
Urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliner pencils are my favorite eyeliners ever. Lots of colors, and I love the texture. One thing I heard nothing but good things about but had a very bad experience with is Philosophy's Purity face wash. It gave me a HORRIBLE rash after about 2 uses. It looked like I rubbed some poisin ivy on my face or something. |

BareMinerals for everything, except mascara, that is Chanel.
My problem is finding a good skin care regimen that works. In the last 2 years I have these awful whiteheads around my mouth and chin and nothing has worked on them. I've tried all kinds of line from expensive to cheap, prescription stuff, and they never go away. Even with manual extraction, they are gone and I go to bed and they are back by morning. I HATE THEM!! |

That's exactly the problem I have, 'bama! And I know it's not my brush because I wash them whenever I use them and I only wear makeup a couple
times a month these days. It pissesme off.

I do that every Sunday night with antibacterial facial was - all my brushes. I am almost ready to force my derm or regular md into culturing the stuff in them
to see if it is something besides regular whiteheads!
I wipe both my phones done with antibacterial wipes, keeps my hands off my face, I mean EVERYTHING and they just keep refilling - it is so gross - I hate it. Life is wrong when you are starting to get wrinkles and still have freaking acne.

I recall saying that myself for a couple of years, too! Finally my skin seems to have balanced out as long as I stay away from trying a hundred different products. I stick to a couple of different kinds of soaps, one is a clay soap handmade by a local vendor and the other is the Olive bar soap from Body Shop. I skip the facial moisturizers and anything with spf as they tend to be the worst culprits for me. If I'm feeling dry I'll do a quick heavy moisturizing mask for about 10 minutes or so before I get in the shower in the morning and it works like a charm. |

Glad to know I'm not alone, cindi! I have googled the hell out of it and can find nothing that works.
spring, no nose and forehead issues - rest of my face is smooth and blemish free - it literally starts at the corners of my mouth and covers my entire chin. Nothing on upper lip, cheeks, no where else. Sigh, this has got me googling again. |

Alabamacandace, do you use a floride toothpaste at night? My dermatologist told me to use something non-floride at night because he said we tend to drool a bit
when we sleep and you can develop a skin sensitivity to the floride that lingers in your saliva. There's some name for it but I don't recall it.

I was beginning to wonder if anyone used Neutrogena products at all. Gah... don't say that - you'll make me worry that they might stop making them. I remember reading something from a dermatologist and he/she said that most of the skin moisturizers that really worked were developed by Avon, Olay, or Neutrogena, so spending a ton of money on department store moisturizers was a waste. Plain, old Cetaphil is also supposed to work great. |
