But then he presumably wouldn't be given the chance to do another task (from the way they said "everyone will get a chance" ), so would have to be saved by the public - and since doing that strategy would be playing up the villain angle, you would be smarter to use him to take up another slot in the 'save the popular ones who fucked up the tasks' vote, getting rid of one other potentially likeable person.
