I am reluctant to have Brendan in my top three because of the Marcus fiasco last time around. Keeping an open mind I can see the two edits are not the same. Brendan was not shoved at us in the first episode but he was there. Then he had a few big episodes, they had to show him because of the Exile Alliance. He's had some good confessionals, he does sound self aware and intelligent, and he's not shown too much. Last episode we had doubt thrown at us that Brendan could even make merge, I would see that as a good thing for his edit. Tyson and Coach are after him, they say he's gone next. Everyone I know thinks he's a goner next time Timbira goes to TC. Also Brendan did not gloat or act cocky about his alliance, is being happy about having a cross alliance bad? I think if Brendan's words were coming out of Erinn's mouth, or JT's, or even Tyson's...they would be top winner picks. Just because Brendan is a Marcus type eliminates him? I am going on editing, logic and story. Sierra has it, Stephen has it, Brendan also has it. Yes he could go next and be blindsided, that is why I am not putting him as my number one pick, but he has a good edit and the doubt is there.
Sierra and Stephen are my top two picks, Brendan is three on the list. Erinn and JT are way back tied for fourth place. I need to see more from them, after four episodes there has been time to give them something of substance besides running down Coach, or being the leader of a tribe and getting a chippped tooth. Erinn is very likely an important player after merge, but I do not see a winner. I am just giving my opinion, I could be wrong just like anyone else here could since hopefully there are no spoilers yet.
Taj and Sierra did not seem negative to me... over confident yes, but not so much that I would not like them. That could be part of the doubt for anyone in the Exile Alliance making it to the end, seeing them happy and thinking they have it made would give the viewers doubt that it can happen. Stephen saying he is not taking the alliance too seriously right now makes it look like he won't be in the alliance and it's doomed. Tyson and Coach voting out Brendan next really lays on the doubt that anyone from that alliance can make it. I think at least two of them will. There was lots of doubt for Taj thrown in, she is far too out there to win, but she could be there on finale night.
Taj was mixed last episode, Brendan CP, Sierra MOR, Stephen CP. No one on Timbira was negative except for Coach, and he was just slightly negative. He really didn't do or say much, he just made a mistake about the weather, agreed with Tyson about getting rid of Brendan, and had negative spv from Erinn. I still think the winner comes from that tribe, unless it's Stephen.
