I will be the first to admit that I have changed my opinion on who the killer is multiple times through the course of this show, from Henry to Abby to Henry to Sheriff to Henry to Trish... but now I'm kind of excited about this new theory I have about Jimmy. And I have to say, the beauty of this show is that the producers very deliberately made it so that you can make a pretty strong case for almost any of the 25. Every single one of them has done or falls into the category of some sort of horror cliche, so at they end it will be easy for the average viewer to go back and think, duh, I should have seen that coming all along.

Now as to my latest Jimmy theory, I put together this whole color-coded spreasheet to illustrate what I'm saying, but I can't figure out how to upload it (and I'm at work where lots of websites are restricted so I can't use photobucket or anything like that). But here's the point: of all the remaining characters of the 25, Jimmy is the only one who has never found a body or witnessed a death. The one argument you might make against that is that Jimmy arrived at the cabin shortly after Cole was shot, but I don't believe we ever saw any sort of reaction shot to the death from him - he just rushed in to help the Sheriff and Abby was the one who was sent outside to retrieve the bag from Cole's body. He came close to finding Ben in episode one, but pulled a rope out of the water instead of Ben's head. I know this has been mentioned before, but that could have been on purpose. From a production standpoint, if you don't want to tell the actor playing the killer that they are the killer, you might want to avoid ever showing them reacting to a body or a death. That way there's never anything where people can go back and say that he looks genuinely shocked or sad or disgusted. Of course, he might witness a death next episode and this whole theory will be blown out of the water.

Part two of the theory is this: Jimmy has an accomplice (not one of the 25, so the producer's statement still holds) who 1/3 of the audience will be like "Who's that?" His accomplice: sweet little old Julia. I think that scene with her in episode 3 or 4 was supposed to show us and Abby how sweet Jimmy is and be a little bid of comedic relief, but really, why would they throw that in if it didn't matter when they had to edit out important things like having someone wonder where Lucy was? I'm thinking that Julia is Wakefield's mother, and because Sheriff Mills put away her son for 17 years and then killed him, she wants to torture and eventually kill his daughter in return. Not sure yet what the Jimmy connection is - he could be the Wakefield child/Julia's grandchild, or just bitter and scorned that Abby left him 7 years ago without a goodbye. I know there are probably some instances where Jimmy has an alibi and Julia couldn't physically have committed the murder, but I like this idea anyway.

One thing that makes me think Jimmy nor any of the male characters are Wakefield's kid is the piece of paper Shea gave the psychic with all the bachelorette party guests' birthdays. It was strange and very deliberate that we were shown that list. Made me think there was some sort of clue to be found there related to who Wakefield's child is.
