Danny could go up there and totally choke and he will still get the #1 spot with his sob story & all his air time. I'm worried about my Anoop, because he hasn't gotten much air time and I hope he doesn't get lost in the mix. I think he'll pull out a solid performance, as he has experience performing in front of crowds. I sure hope he nails the second-highest vote so he is put through. I never vote on these prelim rounds, but I'll be voting tonight for Anoop. It's really going to suck this season when some real talented contestants lose out by being in a stacked group like tonight's group and the sucky singers make it through because they're in a shitty group. Tatiana better NOT be the top female vote getter in tonight's group. Although, all I remember of her is her OTT histrionics and I don't even remember if she CAN sing well. I guess I'll find out tonight.

You're complaining that people will vote for Danny based on early impressions without concern for how he may perform, but then you say that you'll be voting for Anoop BEFORE YOU EVEN SEE HIS PERFORMANCE? If he "totally chokes", will you STILL vote for him?

I understand that and agree. If he sucks tonight, I hope he doesn't make it through. However, that goes for all of them, Anoop included. And at this point, anybody who votes based on their earlier impressions without even opening their minds to what they hear tonight is part of the problem and THEY are why the underpimped stand no chance, no matter how deserving they may be. If fans in Season 1 had been that way, who knows if Kelly would have even made the finals...

I think he's the only one of the group who even if they do badly will still make it through.

Anoop and Michael Sarver have both been amazing, yet they'll both have to fight it out for the third spot because Danny is guaranteed to make the top group.

I would certainly like Anoop more if I liked his taste in music. Unfortunately, that nouveau R&B shit just irritates me. I'm actually more likely to go for Anoop in the top 12 when he's forced to sing things outside of his primary style.

Because of that, I am worried about Anoop securing a spot in the top 12 and will be supporting him. I don't believe Anoop will perform poorly at all, as I believe he is a talented singer based on all the YouTube vids I have been watching & listening of him. So, I believe Anoop has the talent and I am hoping he will have a chance to make it at least part way through the competition, since he is not one of the editing faves at the moment. Yes, Anoop has had more air time than a couple of people I have no idea about, but Anoop has been far from a favored contestant with the editing and in a competition like this, the ones who are shoved down our throats tend to make it farther in the beginning stages over the people with talent & potential. In the slim chance that Anoop goes down in flames tonight (which I highly doubt will happen), I probably won't waste my time voting much for him and will throw some votes to a couple other people who blow me away tonight OTHER than Danny. Nothing against Danny, but I want to give others a chance. If Danny somehow doesn't get the #1 spot tonight, because everybody is worried about their other faves, the Judges will put him through with their wildcard pick. AI is going to milk the "widower" Danny storyline for all it's worth.
