regarding the "original plan" scene with Erinn. I noticed when listening online last night that coach's comment "the original plan when we walked into camp, we vote Sierra"... there is an obvious break right right before "vote Sierra"... Sierra wasn't the original person. The editors dubbed that in.

So... who was Coach actually talking about. We know it wasn't Erinn, Candace, Tyson, or Jerry... they were all there. I also don't think it was Brendan (We have been lead to believe that Coach thinks that Brendan is on side with him)

Since it can't be Sierra (as she was dubbed in )... that leaves Debbie.

This fits with the "worrying scene" Panurge pointed out. It also explains WHY Debbie would report to Coach that Candace was trash talking him. Debbie is not a stupid person. She might be overly enthusiastic and maybe a bit naïve.... but she runs a whole school... she not dumb! She knew she was on the chopping block, and she did something about it. She reported to the "leader" of the tribe that someone was unhappy. Smart.

It's actually pretty clear what probably happened.... During the trek the 1st impression to vote out Sierra proves to be wrong... Debbie struggles on the trek ("It's so heavy"). They take frequent breaks (per Tyson's comment "we're taking another break" & the fact that they arrived SO MUCH LATER than Jalapao)... they arrive at camp to find the "sick bird" has built them shelter. Hmm.

The group of 6 (Coach, Candace, Erinn, Tyson, Jerry & Brendan) decide to vote for Debbie whenever the 1st vote occurs.... superceding the "original" vote (voting for Sierra at the truck). This explains Erinn's confusion. She's thinking, original plan was Sierra... wasn't it? Coach explains... no the original plan was "when we walked into camp".... It's those precise words that make Erinn all giggly... (oh right! she thinks). Additional note.... during that scene, Sierra and Debbie are both absent. As is Brendan (since he's on exile) I also suspect that the "original plan" scene takes place BEFORE Debbie disses on Candace (sounds like a bad porno title... sorry)....

So why would the editors go out of their way to make it seem like Sierra is in so much trouble.

Maybe the better question is ... why do they NOT want us to know that Debbie was in serious trouble?

Well... I think maybe Debbie goes really far. I don't think she wins, but she wins over Coach... and I think they probabaly find they have a lot in common (both being in the educaton field, etc.) Additionally, if you listen carefully to everything Coach says... well, in general... but specifically about Sierra... it's all spliced together. The man has been totally manipulated and created. I actually think Coach and Sierra are much tighter than we've been shown and i suspect that the 3 of them will go very far togther. "
