Bitch please. Leann voted Eliza.

If only Eliza had made the top 2, Leann could've channelled the Onions and other such jurors and asked why Eliza would dare not let herself be voted off.
But I digress. Jenn, I highly doubt anyone will be in trouble for what you post, as it clearly now means nothing as far as boot spoilers n stuff. |

If a tribe switch is coming it is probably another reason a lot of these early alliances haven't been shown yet. The long lasting alliances must be formed
after a possibly tribal switch.

gretchensucks wrote:They could forego sending someone to Exile Island like they did in Micronesia. The switch in Micronesia happened in episode 5 but that season had 20 contestants and 8 pre-merge episodes. Prior to Exile Island, tribal switches happened with odd numbers of contestants in episode 4 of Marquesas and episode 4 of Guatemala. Assuming a switch happens in episode 4, I agree that the mechanism probably won't be a pick'em. Jalapao is gaining momentum while Taj is making a cross-tribal alliance with Brendan on Exile Island and planning on screwing over her tribemates. Those 2 story arcs are converging too quickly to put off the switch till episode 5. |

tullfan2 wrote: Not gunna happen. They'll do it on an even number, like they did in Micronesia. Marquesas and Guatemala are pre-exile island anomolies. Anything is possible, but an episode 5 switch (like Micronesia...when they have even numbers) is much more likely on a season where two people go to exile. |

What I would love to see: They have a RC and then send two people to Exile Island. Suppose its Brendan and Taj again. They are sent off to exile and Jeff tells
the other tribes to wait a minute before they walk off. They do the switch and teams are completely shuffled. Taj mutinies to Timbira thinking she's
jumping ship, when she's really going back to a Timbira mix

Too lazy to check out the preview again, but my first impression was that Taj was referring a 'secret' alliance. That would likely be Brandon + one
other (likely Sierra?) and Taj plus one from her tribe.

On a season where someone could mutiny every episode, I doubt there will be a tribe switch at all.

PrettyGoodYear1988 wrote: Good point, but it would be interesting if they do switch, and then give exiles the right to mutiny. It would set up an interesting scenario as alliances break up. We'll have to wait and see. But, if it happens at all...my prediction would be episode 5. |

We've had a switch every season since season 10. With the new twist of mutinying, I think having a tribal swap would be stupid and redundant.

I think they did this once before. Jeff announces that anyone who wants to switch tribes could voluntarily do so.

gibson97 wrote: Except that the editing is leading toward a switch happening. The viewers have seen little of the tribal dynamics on Jalapao other than the Stephen/JT bromance and that Taj is in danger of being voted out because her tribemates know that she doesn't need the money. We haven't been shown that Taj has any allies on Jalaopao, yet we are shown Taj and Brendan making a secret cross-tribal alliance ("which no one will see coming") that will definitely have an impact on the game even though the merger is a ways off. I don't see Taj choosing to mutiny because then it would not be a secret that she has turned traitor. Also the promos boasting that Jalapao is coming together while Timbira is falling apart are typical for when there is a switch forthcoming and the dominating tribe is hurt by it (eg. Kota vs. Fang). |

^ FYI - TDT has already debunked the Taj mutiny for this episode. She's shown in the IC competing with her original tribe.
I think it's about 70/30 on the chances of a tribe swap...more likely there is one than not IMO. The producers like to mix up the competitors and break alliances. |

The other thing is that the discussion Taj has over a firepit takes place at night. Unless its shown at the very beginning of the episode (night 6, right?),
then the only nights she would have this episode would be on exile. If her tribe lost the immunity, they would be at tribal council while it's dark, and if
they won, they wouldn't show her nighttime dealings this episode.
