Let me just say I love whoever edits those Idolatry videos with the clips/commentary. Pure genius, this episode especially. All the Gokey stuff in the
background made me laugh (and cry a little). I kept up last season so the Wonder Woman/Robot thing for Syesha/Kristy is good continuity here.

This is my first season watching those Idolatry videos and I look forward to them even more than I look forward to the actual show every week. Have they ever
hated on a contestant as much as they're hating on Danny right now? And do they have those exit interviews with every contestant? If so, I'm really
looking forward to see how they're going to handle Danny's Idolatry Exit interview. Assuming it will be an EXIT interview, preferably
one in the upcoming weeks.
Maybe it will just feature 5 minutes of Kristen continuously slapping him in the face. |

Thank you to the tread starter for getting me to watch these videos. They're great! And I actually like all the guests besides Kristen except for this
week's Gokey lover. But I have a feeling they put him on specifically because he was a Gokey lover so whatever. My favorite part of all of it so far has
been the Japanese/Megan video.
And the best person on the show is actually the producer/editor who puts all the extra stuff in there - and who loves Alison and Jesse like I do. |

Given the fact that there are plenty of people voting for Danny, it doesn't make much sense that they completely
leave out the viewpoint of someone who likes Danny. Especially given the fact that he could very well end up winning. Would kinda take the "umph"
out of the videos if they were anti-Danny all year and he won anyway. But, given how rabid the Danny haters are on this board, don't misunderstand this
post for Danny-approval...just...one video that doesn't completely rake him over the coals really isn't that
bad people. But, I too prefer Kristen. Her hate for douche-bags in general makes me adore her. Since she's accurately identified that Adam is one too
:).

I've always understood the front runner's appeal, even if I disagreed with it. But this season, I am seriously confused to hell as to why anyone would like this fuckhead. |

He's a massive douche-bag, arrogant, smarmy, cross-dresser.I'm not like a major hardcore Adam tard or anything, he's my 4th fave, slipping down to maybe my 5th or 6th fave at the moment but I don't see how he has shown himself to be a massive douche-bag, arrogant or smarmy. Obviously he's into cross-dressing but what the fuck does that matter? Adam is definitely confident in his abilities but in now way over confident, he's not even as cocky as someone like Matt who I love or Shrill. He definitely hasn't been smarmy, at least not on the show. He may be all of those things but I don't think we've seen much evidence of that on the show. Those words describe Danny perfectly, not Adam. (Cross-dresser might even describe Danny too if you look at pics from his Church's events). |

New Idolatry up, not nearly as funny as other ones.
New guy defends Kara while the Idolatry editors + Slezak slam her for being the useless broken record she is. They talk about Lil some, Slezak agrees that her voice is nothing special. New guy makes the mistake of essentially calling Lil the last female left. Slezak + Idolatry editors are having none of that and talk turns to Allison Iraheta. Idolatry editors really really win big at the end of this one. Made it worth watching. |
