I was listening to the ESPN pre-game, and Chris Mortensen said that the league is investigating Chad Johnson holding a dollar bill in yesterday's game for
bribing an official. WTF??? I understand the NFL has a personal conduct policy and needs to protect its image, but this is ridiculous. There's no way
anyone could interpret Chad's action as a "bribe" and the NFL even thinking about "investigating the incident" makes a total mockery of
the personal conduct policy.

a foregone conclusion.
