What are our thoughts on John Gruden as the color guy.... maybe I'm just so jaded after Tony Kornheiser but I think he's outstanding.
And I'm not just saying that because I'm taking a shot everytime he uses the word outstanding |

I didn't like him at first but he's grown on me and I like him a lot now. He's made Jaworski expendable, and I really like Jaws.

I think Gruden's been doing a great job. He knows the game better than pretty much anyone, and most of his comments are insightful. It usually takes a few
years for players/coaches to transition to being analysts, and I think he's off to a good start. I just hope MNF is done trying to give us
"controversial" colors guys. Dennis Miller and Tony Kornheiser were horrible.
BUT I think Gruden's wasted being on TV; I'd rather see him on the sidelines. Like in Minnesota, maybe. . . |
