Yeah, I have to see it to believe it. Giants and Eagles are receiving praise for having a good draft but I think both teams struck out by not trading for Boldin or even Braylon.

(and apparently this wr guy we picked in the 6th round is supposed to be a big time sleeper so who knows lol.) ps the giants wrs all have less than 700 yards receiving in their careers

The problem has been the duration of round one. With a process that at times has stretched beyond five or six hours, the picks would begin too early in the west or finish too late in the east. Or both. But with round one of the 2009 draft coming in at roughly the length of an NFL game, the window is wide open for a cannonball into the prime time pool. According to the Dallas Morning News (via Chris Littmann of SportingNews.com), the change could come as soon as 2010. that could be kinda cool

Hixon started in only 7 games last year and had 45 rec and roughly 600 yds receiving. If he started the whole season, there's a good chance he would've had somewhere between 900-1000 yds and more receptions than the great DeSean. I like Maclin a lot but you'd rather have him over Nicks based on what? I mean if you listen to some draft experts, they said Nicks is the most nfl ready receiver in the draft behind Crabtree. Guess I should believe them since we all know these draft experts are never wrong. anyway, both of us can praise Maclin or Nicks all we want but I highly doubt the Giants or Eagles are winning a sb without a legit #1 wr. Looks like we'll just have to sit back and watch the Pats win their 4th sb this decade. lol @ the Eagles trading for Hobbs. Us Giants fans remember him very fondly.
