Perhaps you missed the part where I said I'd throw out any ballots which gave only 1s or 10s? I ended up trashing 4 total ballots (which didn't change the order of the Top 13 if anyone is wondering). Of those 4 ballots I threw out, 2 gave Kris a 10 and 2 gave him a 1.

Then... why throw them out?

Rank all the contestants, 1-10, 10 being the highest. Although, giving ones to people you don't remember is a perfectly valid strategy IMO. If they were so damn boring and useless that you can't remember who they were then they don't really deserve the time of day.
