Introduced into the game sounds more like that the Fake HII will be seen being made in this ep and won't have an impact until later.

Jeff: Aw, I hate to see Spencer go! The back story on Spencer is he was an alternate, he was not going to be on the show until literally the11th hour. He was so excited out there, and he knew the show so well, and it was cut short a little early for Spencer.
