I loved this when it was on BBC. I always download these shows, Maria, Joseph, Nancy when they air in the UK. They skipped this year's edition for
Eurovision version which I decided not to watch, but they will be back next summer to cast Dorothy in the Wizard Of Oz.
It's a great show with some rather fetching lads. Enjoy! ETA: Here is the American website http://bbcamerica.com/content/351/index.jsp It's mostly spoiler free, unless you consider the top 12 a spoiler which I think you'll learn 2-3 episodes into it anyway.

There is a marathon on today on BBCA. It includes the auditions, which are meh. They've had one performance show thus far and today is the 2nd one.
I also know the who the winner is as he was a guest on the Graham Norton show after the series aired. But I still am watching to see if I end up liking him, and to listen to the rest of them. |

Thanks for posting! I love the show but in the first episode I did not like that they were too nice to the Josephs. There were some that were not good and they still praised them. Daniel Boys is my favourite and he is definitely one of the better singers. At least they did acknowledge that after he sang. I did some research and he is a gay boy so that makes him even cuter! I know who the winner is...it's kinda hard to avoid. I guess this show is 2 years old. |

Daniel is my favorite as of now as well.
I was underwhelmed with the guy who wins it. Meh. The guy who is the youngest one SUCKED. Why did they praise him? Ugh |

I love Graham Norton, and I love the guy from Torchwood/Doctor Who; however, I don't like Joseph and His Technicolor Dreamcoat. I tried to watch an
episode on BBCA last week, but I couldn't do it. Considering that 3 of Survivor Sucks hallowed posters (well, to me) like it, I should give it another
shot. If Coconut Phone came in saying this show is gold, I guess I'd have to do more than like it then. (Usually if all of SI, Seaguy, CD, and CP like a
show, it's a show that I'll watch or hopefully already be watching)

Tonight's show made no sense. They showed the bottom 2 and they had a sing-off. Then they picked the one who was going. They go to break and then said
"Tonight's bottom 2" then named 2 different people and then one of them went home. I know they said it would be a double elim, but the way it
went down made no sense. It's like there was another show they totally didn't show us, but just showed the result.

I was confused too. Graham was wearing the same atrocious suit throughout so it boggles my mind what they did. I'm sorry to see Antony go because he's kinda hot for a kid! But I wasn't sorry to see Seamus go cuz it spared Ben, who is also hot for a kid! This show makes me feel like a dirty old man, !

Ben is good, I like him. I was mostly excited to see Antony go to watch the horrid family members having a nervous breakdown in the audience. Holy shit, these family members are outta control!! I love Daniel. And tonight was the first time I actually liked Lee. I love that song, and I know Rod Stewart sang it but I'm most familiar with the beautiful version by Everything but the Girl. |

Yep, we were laughing at Antony's girlfriend and family. He should have made the girlfriend stay at home and never mentioned her. I think she caused him
to lose a bunch of votes.
I liked Lee tonight too, Seagay. It's weird how no one wants to say it but everyone knows the role is between Lee and Daniel. I'm afraid he looks more the part than Daniel does. |

This was Daniel's send off week. I didn't think he'd get cut at F6 when there are 2-3 that I think are still pretty weak. I think Keith is
ridiculous. Lewis is ok, and I think Craig is out of his league. That left Daniel, Ben and Lee who should have been the final 3. I don't know how the rest
shakes out, I just know who wins.

I think ALW had to cut Daniel loose as soon as he got a chance because he doesn't have the Joseph "look" that ALW wants. Fuckeur! BTW, the
winner's Joseph run has ended and Gareth Gates has taken over as of February '09. Gates was the runner-up in the first season of Pop Idol, the UK
version of American Idol. I saw some youtubes last night and he's really, really good as Joseph. Daniel <3

I think maybe Daniel was too old or didn't "look" the part. I think basically Daniel wasn't right for that particular leading role but
definitely could be a leading man on the West End easily.
Do you like any of the others left? I think Lee is very talented, just not my favorite. I love Ben. Looks like Ben has done well for himself since the show ended. |
